DELIVERY POLICY OF GOODS.
1.- Geographical areas for shipping products.
Orders placed by buyers through the website can currently be sent to residents in any town within the Spanish Peninsular Territory, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla and countries of the European Union.
In application of Regulation (EU) 2018/302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 February 2018 on measures to prevent unjustified geo-blocking and other forms of discrimination based on purchasers' nationality, place of residence or place of establishment in the internal market and amending Regulations (EC) No 2006/2004 and (EU) 2017/2394, and Directive 2009/22/EC, consumers and users will have the right to free access to any online store regardless of the European country in which they reside, since blocking access to an e-commerce page is prohibited.
Therefore, ARTE PERLAS informs that the sale of the articles and/or products offered is limited to residents of the Spanish Peninsular Territory, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla and countries of the European Union.
2.- How much does transport cost?
The cost of shipping to the Iberian Peninsula is €10. The price of shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla and countries of the European Union is €20. All prices include VAT.
3.- Who carries out the transport?
We collaborate with the best transport companies that, depending on the volume and destination, deliver the goods, by land transport, very quickly.
4.- How long does it take for the order to arrive at my home?
The delivery time in mainland Spain is 72 hours provided that the order is placed between Monday and Wednesday (before 12:00) or 24 hours before a public holiday. If the order is placed between Thursday (after noon) and Sunday or less than 24 hours before a public holiday, the shipment will be made within 24 working hours following Sunday or a public holiday.
For remote locations, these times may be delayed by an additional 24 hours. If the order is placed after 12:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next day.
Transport companies do not deliver goods on Saturdays and public holidays.
