LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
As a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us through our email arteperlas@gmail.com
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL.
1/ In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you except the return costs. Shipping chosen by you.
2/ Within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the day we receive the return, we will proceed to make the refund (using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction unless you indicate otherwise, expressly detailing the payment method through which you wish us to make the refund).

4/ You must return the products to us at the following address: ArtePerlas Urbanizacion La Canuta De Ifach nº 9c, 03710 Calpe.
5/ Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
6/ You do not have the right to return personalized items.
7/ No refund will be made IF the product has been used beyond merely opening it, for products that are not in the same condition as they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while it is in your possession.
8/ You must return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions and other documents that may accompany it.
9/ Please note that if you decide to return the items to us with postage due, we will be authorised to charge you the return shipping costs. You will therefore be responsible for the cost and risk of the shipment.
10/ If we receive the shipment after the stipulated time, in poor condition, with incorrect content or that simply does not meet the characteristics for being able to withdraw from the contract, you will not be entitled to a refund of amounts. We will contact you and if two months have passed since we made the item available to you and you have not collected it or you refuse to receive it at your cost, we will not be responsible for it and it will be considered abandoned.
In the event that you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to what was stipulated at the time of purchase, you must contact us immediately through our email arteperla@gmail.com
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN.
- You must manage the return within the time frame and under the stipulated conditions.
- Items must be in their original condition and retain all documents and labels.
- You must make the return to the indicated address.
- You must respect the deadline within which the return can be made.
- You will receive a refund for your order as long as it meets the requirements mentioned above, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
- We will process the return within 24/48 hours after receiving the package.
- Upon receiving the return, we will send a confirmation email.
- You will receive the refund amount within a maximum of 14 days depending on the bank.
- If 14 days pass and you do not have the refund in your account, you will have to contact us at arteperlas@gmail.com.
